Roller Mill Rolls

Wear bushings play a key role in the performance and longevity of roller mills. By providing optimal protection to the rollers, they help reduce wear, optimize operating costs, and improve grinding efficiency.

Thanks to our expertise, we guide you in selecting the right wear bushings for your production, taking into account essential factors such as gap, peripheral speed, and wear resistance.

High-Performance Materials

PELERIN FPE70

White/Gray Cast Iron, shell-molded, ideal for primary crushers and disintegrators.

Resistance: Rm = 150-250 N/mm²
Hardness: 580 ± HV (> 525 HB)
Gap: > 1 mm
Peripheral Speed: < 20 m/s

Nodular Cast Iron, shell-molded, designed for brick and tile crushers.

Resistance: Rm = 550-600 N/mm²
Hardness: 550 ± 30 HV (≥ 525 HB)
Gap: 0.6 mm < Gap < 1 mm
Peripheral Speed: < 25 m/s

High-Chromium and Molybdenum Alloy, recommended for high-performance tile crushers.

Resistance: Rm = 450-600 N/mm²
Hardness: 740 ± 40 HV (≥ 680 HB)
Gap: 0.8 mm < Gap < 1 mm
Peripheral Speed: < 25 m/s
