Excavator

Our excavators ensure efficient and sustainable extraction of raw materials, thanks to robust components that guarantee optimal productivity.

Pit Excavator

The bridge-mounted bucket excavator is used for the storage and decaying of clays.

Side Excavator

The side-mounted bucket excavator is used for clay recovery.

Disintegrators

The disintegrator is used to break small-sized clods from the quarry.

Advantages

  • Metallic casing equipped with 4 steel tie rods to absorb stresses
  • Small cylinder with hard steel bars fitted with tungsten carbide overlay

Toothed roll crusher

The toothed roll crusher is used to break up clay blocks from the quarry.

Advantages

  • Metal casing containing two cylinders equipped with adjacent discs.
  • Interchangeable steel knives with tungsten carbide overlay.

Crushers

The counter-rotating roller crusher performs raw material grinding through milling.

Advantages

  • Large-sized shafts rotating on double-row spherical roller bearings.
  • Cylinders fitted with frets made of hardened cast iron alloyed with nickel, chrome, and molybdenum, perfectly ground.

Feeders

Metal apron feeders – TVR
The horizontal feeder with a metal apron receives and doses clays from the quarry.

Rubber belt feeders – DBC
The rubber belt feeder receives and doses raw materials with fine granulometry.

Wet mixers - Mixers

The horizontal twin-shaft wet mixer is used to knead raw materials and humidify the mixture.

Advantages

  • Counter-rotating shafts made of cast steel.
  • Monoblock blade holders ensuring bolt-free assembly and no clay retention zones.
  • Humidification system consisting of a watering ramp.
