SE68®

Electrode Type: Basic coated hardfacing electrode with very high efficiency (240%).

Composition and Structure: Deposited metal with very high content of carburizing elements, designed for extreme abrasion resistance combined with moderate shocks and temperatures.

Hardness:

  • 1st layer ~64 HRC
  • 2nd layer ~68 HRC

SE63®

Electrode Type: Basic coated hardfacing electrode with very high efficiency (190%).

Composition and Structure: Deposited metal rich in chrome carbides, designed for exceptional resistance to mineral abrasion combined with moderate shocks.

Hardness:

  • 1st layer ~58 HRC
  • 2nd layer ~60-63 HRC

Electrode de rechargement

Electrode Type: Basic rutile-coated electrode for assembly and repair, depositing a high mechanical strength stainless steel.

Composition and Structure: Austenitic-ferritic deposited metal rich in Chromium (29%) and Nickel (10%), designed for excellent crack resistance.

Mechanical Properties:

  • Tensile strength (Rm): 700-850 MPa
  • Yield strength (Rp0.2%): > 500 MPa
  • Elongation (A%): > 20%
  • Hardness: ~240 HB

Electrode Type: Graphite-based repair electrode, depositing pure nickel metal.

Composition and Structure: Deposited metal containing more than 95% nickel, designed for the assembly and repair of gray castings and cracks.

Mechanical Properties:

  • Tensile strength (Rm): > 300 MPa
  • Hardness: ~180 HB
