Parts can be produced from drawings, by reverse engineering or by on-site measurements.

WEAR PROTECTION OF TROUGHS

Depending on the level of wear and process constraints, several protection solutions can be implemented:

ABRA-CEM® wear-resistant concrete lining
Standard technical concrete
Wear-resistant liners
HiChrome™ hardfaced trough grids

These solutions provide long-lasting protection for the areas most exposed to abrasion.

REPAIR & REFURBISHMENT

Worn troughs and nozzles can be refurbished in our workshops:

Restoration of wear surfaces
Replacement of liners
Repair of damaged areas
Dimensional restoration

The objective is to improve the reliability of existing equipment without full replacement.
