6+4 mm abrasion-resistant overlay plate combining a mild steel base with a chromium carbide-rich hardfacing layer:
- Homogeneous hardfacing across the entire surface
- Easy forming thanks to the mild steel base
- 60–62 HRC for severe abrasion conditions
Internal welds exposed to the abrasive flow are also protected by hardfacing to ensure continuous wear protection.
